We create classic bars. Classics like the majestic Brunswick Del Monte from a century ago, or the dozens of magnificent back bar fixtures that were so popular then and so rare today.
We got our start more than 30 years ago rescuing authentic Brunswick bars, carefully restoring them and putting them back to work, like Coogan's Riverside Saloon in downtown Chicago, a rare and beautifully-preserved Del Monte No. 2 that looks as good today as it did 100 years ago or J Paul's, the popular dining saloon in the fashionable Georgetown section of Washington D.C.
While restoring scores of the late 19th and early 20th century bar fixtures, we paid close attention, measured, photographed, and made notes of the details knowing that soon the authentic antiques would become, if not unavailable, out of reach for the average restaurant owner. We can accurately construct a bar to your current specifications while keeping the style and look of these classics.
